Pricing

Our prices for renting the villa are detailed below. For periods greater than a week, special deals may be available. Prices quoted below include utilities (including air-conditioning), cleaning of villa prior to your arrival, weekly cleaning and maintenance of pool during your stay, all linens and towels. There is no charge for local telephone calls. Child cots/cribs and high chairs can be arranged.

During the colder months, pool heating is available at extra cost of $25 per night (recommended from October to March). The hot tub is available at an additional cost of $125. This covers cost of cleaning and maintaining the spa by maintenance firm.

Prices EXCLUDE Florida State sales and tourist tax of 13.5%.

The minimum rental period is five nights. Rentals of less than five nights incur a $145 cleaning charge.
